The Mid-Level Management Workshop is a pre-conference workshop tailored to those in mid-level management positions at their institution. Seasoned managers will lead the sessions to share their insight and expertise, and help attendees learn to navigate a sometimes difficult role. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with both TASFAA Executive Board members and New Aid Officer Workshop attendees during meals and breaks.
Registration is $65, which includes both breakfast and lunch.

10:00-10:15am Break with New Aid Officer Workshop attendees
10:15-11:30am Moving from Colleague to Boss: Leadership styles, finding your team's strengths
11:30am-12:30pm Lunch with TASFAA Executive Board and New Aid Officer Workshop attendees
12:30-1:30pm Building Relationships: Working with other offices, how to be included in the decision-making process
1:30-2:00pm Break with New Aid Officer Workshop attendees
2:00-2:45pm Open Forum Q&A
