Executive Board Nominations & Elections
The Nominations & Elections Committee is now soliciting names of individuals who are interested in running to serve in an elected position on the 2027-28 TASFAA Executive Board. Nominations must be submitted here no later than Friday, November 6th.
Our goal is to have at least two candidates for each position. You may nominate yourself and/or another person, but you must confirm their willingness to run prior to nominating them.
All nominations are kept strictly confidential. The Nominations & Elections Committee will present a slate of candidates to the current Executive Board in January 2027, with elections being held in February 2027. All nominees will be notified if they are selected to run, and of the results of the election.
The following positions are available for nomination:
Executive Officers
- President-Elect (will serve as 2028-29 TASFAA President)
- Secretary (1-year term)
- Treasurer (2-year term)
Sector Representatives (1-year term)
- At-Large (any eligible voting member)
- Private 4-Year Institutions
- Proprietary Institutions
- Public 2-Year Institutions
- Public 4-Year Institutions
- Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology (TCAT)
